The Hero Journeys Forth is the first episode of the Senyū anime series.
Summary[]
The show begins with the Hero Alba defeating a blue slime. Royal Soldier Ross is bored and slightly amused at the Hero's "supposed" fetish, which Ross declared was official. When Alba questions why Ross isn't helping him fight, Ross asserts how he doesn't like getting sticky. Ross finally agrees to help fight the next monster (who happens to be a Nisepanda), but instead attacks Alba. Ross levels up from the experience.
After the short introduction, the main plot is explained to the viewers:
- Narrator: "One day, without warning, a huge hole appeared in the world. And from it emerged many demons."
- King: "The Demon King, Rchimedes, who was sealed by the hero, Creasion, 1000 years ago, must have revived!"
- Narrator: "And so the king sent forth the hero's descendants to defeat the Demon King. Seventy-five of them to be exact."
And so, the seventy-five heroes set forth on their journey to gain the title of "True Hero" and the fame and wealth that comes with it. The exciting narration returns to the comedy duo with Alba losing to the Nisepanda, and Ross standing dumbfounded at what he was supposed to be doing.
